Services Overview

Small Biz Brigade operates as a Paid Ads Creative Studio, providing creative services including but not limited to ad design, video ad storyboards, carousel creatives, hook and headline variations, and creative testing frameworks. We do not provide ad account management, media buying, or guarantee specific advertising results. All services are delivered based on the scope agreed upon with the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate brand assets, content inputs, approvals, and timely feedback required to complete the project. Delays caused by missing information, late responses, or changes outside the agreed scope may affect delivery timelines. The client confirms they have the legal right to use any materials, logos, or content provided to us.

Payments and Fees

All fees for services must be paid as agreed before or according to the delivery schedule. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed projects will retain the agreed pricing. Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Revisions and Deliverables

Revision rounds are limited to the number specified in the selected package. Revisions apply only to the original scope of work. Requests that fall outside the agreed deliverables or require additional creative development may be subject to additional charges. Final deliverables are provided in digital format suitable for paid advertising platforms.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final delivered creatives for advertising and marketing purposes. Small Biz Brigade retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Drafts, unused concepts, and internal frameworks remain the intellectual property of Small Biz Brigade.

Limitation of Liability

Small Biz Brigade is not responsible for advertising performance, platform rejections, account suspensions, or financial losses related to ad spend. We do not guarantee specific results, conversions, or ROI. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not knowingly share sensitive business information without consent. However, general project outcomes, anonymized insights, or non-sensitive creative examples may be used for portfolio or educational purposes unless restricted by a written agreement.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services if terms are violated. In case of termination initiated by the client after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work. Small Biz Brigade reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any project that violates legal, ethical, or platform advertising policies.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts.

Changes to Terms

Small Biz Brigade reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
